Zarif referred back to the previous remarks of the leader saying that Iran expects Europeans to fulfill all their commitments but the country has not waited for them till now and will not do so in future.
“I do believe that we should have a developing relation with the whole world and should not wait for the Europeans,” he said, “We have adopted this policy and will preserve that in future, as well.”
